Why do you need to set goals?
"You need a clear picture of where you want to go if you hope to get there." Your goals are critical in planning your training and competition. When setting your goals remember these things:

(To be signed by Participants of the age of majority and over) A minor is defined as a person under the age of 18 in Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec and Saskatchewan and under the age of 19 in British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut and Yukon.
As a Participant in the activities, programs and events of my applicable sanctioned Triathlon Club MelRad Racing, Coaching Program MelRad Multisport, and MelRad Racing Activities, and the sport of triathlon (collectively the “Activities”), the undersigned acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

Our mandate is long-term athlete development and a commitment to you in order to achieve your goal and objectives. For us to deliver this mandate we only work with a limited number of athletes. On acceptance of your application we gave you priority and subsequently had to turn away other applicants. This is part of our commitment to you in the hope that we can develop a long term relationship. However, we understand that due to extenuating circumstances you may have to cancel your program. We just ask that you respect the commitment we made to you and do the following:
