Why Try MelRad Training Plans?

MelRad Training Plans are designed to cover the ESSENTIALS of preparation for your event in an effort to deliver you at your best on the day.

Instructions are clear and concise even when some of the deliverables are complicated.  Triathlon is a challenging and dynamic sport and these plans are designed to help you understand how to train your best.

Choose a plan that matches what you realistically can commit each week.  It is better to be consistently at the volume suggested with some weeks adding a few extra hours rather than constantly missing sessions because the time was too challenging to find.

Appropriate for all levels from beginner to professional.
