Join professional certified coaches Marilyn Arsenault and Melanie McQuaid for six weeks of strength, speed and power sessions for endurance runners.
Starting June 3 at Copley Park in Saanich, classes will run 5:45-7:00PM.
Classes are progressive focused on landing technique, direction of force, posture control and speed skills. Each class will incorporate run specific strength and mobility exercises designed to help you become a more elastic, durable and FASTER runner. Classes are appropriate for all levels and each athlete will get feedback from the coaches.

There is NO CLASS July 1st so classes fall on June 3, 10, 17, 24, July 8, and July 15.
